Model: TL-PA4020P KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0.744-01_402011_140208_001

Hi, I have 2 pa4020p v1.1 and 2 pa4010p v2.4. I used them to connect the ipcam fullhd (total 6) for home video surveillance, with the pa4010p that brings everything to the router. After some time, just under 2 years, I noticed some small or more frequent disconnections that before were not there by creating holes in the surveillance videos. In certain hours they also occur with the lighting of an external 30w led spotlight that has not created this problem before. I would like to know if there is a firmware that stabilizes the connection a bit ... or could it be too heavy on the lines like TV or similar? From the tpPLC utility I notice that the respective connections of the 3 powerline are 185 - 123 - 110 mbps
Waiting for a reply, I thank you and greet you.

I apologize if my English is not very good

@DA84

What is the light status of the powerline adapters when the client device lost connection?

At that time, what is the IP address and gateway obtained by your computer? Instruction as below:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/838/

And please refer to the following guidance to do some troubleshoot to narrow down the root cause.

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2230/

Please provide more details after that.
