Nothing has changed from my side.

I changed to Mode to 11bg, just to try something different.
Now it seems to be working fine.

Hi,
Do other devices lose wireless connection or only this one? What is the light status when the mobile phone loses connection?
Does it disconnect from the wireless network or it is still connected but no internet access?
For the latter one, what is the IP and gateway of it at that point? How do you make it work after it loses connection?
Have you ever tried to forget the network on the redme note4 and reconnect to the TP-Link wifi?
Meanwhile, you can try to optimize the wireless settings of the main router, especially the wifi channel and channel width.
Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.

Hello,
Thanks for reply.
1. All devices on wireless loose connectivity.
2. Wired connection works fine.
3. All light status on the router is normal.
4. Devices are connected to the network but no Internet access.
5. From the settings, discount & reconnect makes it work till phone is idle for few minutes.
6. Forget network & re connect is tried several times.
7. Tplink help desk advised to change channel to 11, but no improvement.
I couldn't find any solution for this model in the forum's or on Google search.
Please help.

Except channel 11, you can use channel 1 and channel 6 to give it a go, meanwhile you can change channel width to 20Mhz.
And ensure that the firmware is up to date.
Still the same, you can contact the retailer or our tech support to check the warranty service.
