It seems that my router is not on the list. IT IS AC1750 ( THE NAME ON THE BOX)

Behind My NAS 326 there is a flashing LED light and that is flashing orange and NOT GREEN , meaning there is no connection between router and NAS. The light were green when I had my NAS connected to a cheap router AC 1200 from TP LINK as well. I bought a more expensive router instead of the cheap one because, I wanted my NAS to be found on every PC in my network and not just one. But as it seems for now the cheap router is the best allthough that the connection between AC1200 and the NAS were a bit unstable.

so how can I change the flashing light from orange till green that is the question. I internet via cable tv and that means I can not replace the router from Huawei provided from YOUSEE my internet provider with a normal router like yours. I have 2 PCs with wireless connection to the router and a laptop with wireless connection to the router and I have also a networksprinter connected wireless to the router.

I want my NAS to work and Zyxel means that because it worked with the cheap router and not the expensive then it is the router which cause the problem.

I hope my English is understandable

Have a nice day

Hi,

What are the model numbers of the 2 routers? AC1200 and AC1750 is not the model, instead, the mode starts with Archer. You can find it on th bottom label.

Meanwhile you said the AC1750 has the orange internet led, is there any device plugged into the WAN/blue port of it?

If you want to use the AC1750 to replace the AC1200 and the latter one works fine now, please ensure that the internet source connects to the blue port of AC1750.

Then you can login to the web interface of AC1750 to configure it with the info given by ISP and check the internet/WAN IP address and gateway. If there is nothing, connect your computer to the modem/internet source directly to do a comparison analysis and test whether your computer can access internet from it directly.

Good day.
