Is my tp link ac1750 wifi repeater or extender compatible with huawei echolife hg8145V5 V1? Please need help cannot connect..i mean i can connect it but it said no internet connection..thank you

Use this guide for configuring RE450 via WebGUI.
There's a video for its installation as well.
Make sure you're with the latest FW release on your RE450 depending on ts HW version. How to determine the HW version - usually the back sticker.
Make sure that RE450 LAN IP address is within your main router's subnet, i.e. if your main router has a LAN IP address in 192.168.0.0/24 subnet the RE450 LAN IP address should be in the same range:
RE450 DHCP server should be set to Auto or OFF.
