Model: TL-WR841HP
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: Don't know

When I connect to my wifi internet through my tp-link router, there are always 3 lights on (power, wifi and wan). Since yesterday, lan light turns on instead of wan light. I want to verify if this is normal. I can navegate well through the Internet. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Please ensure that the modem is plugged into the WAN.blue port of the router.

Besides, you can change another cable to give it a go.

Or try to connect one of the orange LAN port to the WAN/Blue port and test whether the wan led comes on.

Any updates please let us know.

Try a new cable as a bad cable can be an issue sometimes.
