Model: Archer C7
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

My device AC 1750 Archer C7 (US) do not have wifi light on. (Only the power light solid on, “sun-like” light - blinking and the “globe” light - solid on).

No wifi option using win 10 pro (64) laptop and ios phone.

I have tested the network - it is working if I directly connect the network with lan cable. So I'm sure is something wrong with the router.

None of the client devices can see the wireless network of the router? Please try to install a Wi-Fi analyzer to check if you can detect the 2.4G and 5G signal, you can also login to the web interface page of the C7 to modify the wireless channels, then check again if you can detect the signal.

Please also verify how did you reset the router, by turning it off then on, or press the RESET button on its back panel? Reset it one more time by checking this guide:

You are also suggested to update to the latest official firmware from the local official website:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-c7/#Firmware

If none of the above helps, I guess the WiFi stops working on the router, you can contact the local tech support to check if they have other suggestions or check the warranty:

I have tried to hold the reset button for 10 sec. and restart the router / reconnect all cables.

but all methods above have no use.
