"specially when i start browsing or streaming, and sometimes it stops working and the leds freezes with less light as if there is something wrong with the power."
At that time, which lights are on? Do you plug a cable into the modem and computer? Or you are using wireless?
When using cable connection, how about the Internet connection?

The power and adsl and internet leds freezes but with weak led light :/

and now something even stranger happned but helped me dignose more

when i deactivate wirless and just use the cable, it doesnt freeze and it works PERFECT, but when i reactivate wirless it keeps doing the same problem

it's a wirless problem, is there a fix for this? like changing the channel or whatever?

What is the security type of the wireless network? WEP or WPA?

I have bought newly ADSL2 modem TP-Link 150Mbps Wireless N ADSL2+ Modem Router (TD-W8951ND)
I have the same problem that it keeps on restarting after every 5-10 minutes of usage. Can anyone help me on immediate basis.

Hello all who have router restarting problem,
Listn first when you connect to wifi it works for 2-5 min and your router restarts and freezes with dim light glow. I used to have a same problem with mine router. If you have same problem then, just change the adaptor of your modem. I know your adaptor is working fine. but see the tag in your adaptor, its 6V power output. Just take a new adaptor with 8V power output, which used to come with old version of TPLINK router somewhat V4. Just try it your problem will be solvedddddddddddddd.

I had this issue, so here it is how to fix it,set the Wireless channel to 6,and also
Wireless Mode to 802.11 b,never try 802.11n,cause it will causes over-clock and
Your access point will reset over and over
