M7350 keeps disconnecting
I've had M7350 for a week now and the device keeps disconnecting connection. I have to reboot it several times a day. Is there known fix for this or is this product just piece of sh.. ie. crap?

@mavvv I have the same problem with 7350. Probably the problem is caused by a temporary lack of download transfer. The modem works as long as there is a constant download and stops working when, for example, reading the content of a website. I think the modem gets in something like sleep and can't wakeup when transfer is needed again. Reset
helps till next lack of download. I have found a workaround of this by forcing one of connected devices to constant low transfer. That can be for example internet radio or just constant ping any IP.

When the router lost the connection, can you still able to login the router's management page and do you still have WAN IP address there?
Please put the SIM card into your phone and test the internet stability, if you can get a stable connection, put the SIM card back to the router. And login to the router's management page with the manual below.

Then go to Advanced>>Wireless>>Basic Settings, change the channel to 1 or 6 or 11, channel width to 20Mhz( if you are using 2.4G wifi), change channel to 36, channel width to 40Mhz( if you are using 5G wifi), save the settings and test the internet stability again.
If the issue still exist, check the firmware vesion and make sure it is up to date.

Hi,
Yes, I can access router but it only says smthng no connection, reboot -> works fine.
I don't believe this kind of problems are referred to channel options, because connection is cut off from every device which is connected to this router.
Sim card works fine and has been working fine in Huawei router for few years, so it's not pending of it. And the firmware version is up to date, checked that also.
Searching through internet many users of this router has reported same kind of issues and general opionion is that this device heats up and it causes router to freeze and only way to proceed using it is reboot.
Imho, it's unaccebtale for this kind of device to have this kind of "feature".

Hi, I see there is an option to turn off the power saving mode on M7350.
If possible, you could also test whether disabling this feature will help with your current instability issue.

Hi, do you mean you have tried to change WiFi channel, channel width and also turned off the power saving mode?
When the problem happens, WiFi disconnected completely or WiFi is still connected but no internet access? before it connects automatically, if you check available WiFi networks again, will you be able to see the WiFi of M7200 in the list?
Besides, when the problem happens next time, please login the web interface via tplinkmifi.net or 192.168.0.1, then check the WiFi channel to see if it is still the one you have configured manaullay. Then please save a system log file and send it to us.
In addition, may I have the hardware and firmware version of your M7200?
