Model: Archer C1200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.01

It seems to be a size limitation for external hard drives.

I have a 2TB USB HDD and it cannot recognize at all, but if I check the system log says USB is found.

I don't understand why is there a limitation. How can this be fixed?

They support more than 4 TB, you'd better contact their technical support

You have to format the drive to exfat or ntfs.
