TL-MR6400 4g connection sometimes drop

As per subject, my router TL-MR6400 sometimes drops 4g connection and I need to restart in order to have it working.

Very very annoying. Is there a solution or have I to send back to Amazon and buy another one?

Hi,

For your case, may I know is the 4G SIM card working properly on your phone?

Is your firmware the latest one? If not, you can try to upgrade firmware according to the hardware version of your TL-MR6400.

How about the lights on the MR6400 when the internet is not working?

Whether just wireless connection have issue? Or wireless and wired connection are unstable?
