If I connect PPPoE to my modem directly from a PC I get almost double the speed (65MBps) than if I connect my Deco to the modem (36MBps).

 

This is not a wireless issue but actually a connection speed issue - the Deco is not syncing at the correct speed.

 

Any help appreciated.

Hi,

 

The speed test on the App is 36MBps? 

 

Please connect a PC wried to the Deco and test the speed on www.speedtest.net. If it's 65MBps or close to that, then it means the connection of Deco is fine. It's just the test result on the App not very accurate. 

 

If you are gettings 36MBps too, please contact tplink support directly.
