Good evening,

i bought a WPA4230P and a PA4220P to start a powerline network in my house. I connected the 4230P to the power and I've downloaded the powerline scan Utility to connect with the module. If I use the option "rescan" i cannot visualize the wifi extender. All LED's are on

I've connected the 4230P to my computer using a ethernet cable. I gave my PC addres 192.168.1.20 and using the tplink PLC utility i can connect to the module. I can modify the name of the module and reset it to the factory settings

I've tried then to connect to the module using the ethernet connection and the web browser paging 192.168.1.1 but the browser tells me that the module refuse to connect

Pingging the module from DOS i cannot receive any packets of the one i send...

Does anyone could help me solve this problem? Thank you

Install the tpPLC utility instead of the powerline scan.
