It should support 2G GSM and 3G WCDMA.

i also agree it works on 2g and 3g as well i am from india....

My modem connects on 3G, the moment it switches over to 2G the connection stops working. Then I have to manually disconnect and re-connect.

There is no option to lock it to 3G only.
