Hello,

I have a probleme with a brand new TL-PS110U connected via USB to a Kyocera FS-C5400DN. When I try to print a get an error that the printer is not ready and in the Web Interface of the TL-PS110U the connected printer is not listed and in the liste the only text is "offline".

What can I do?

1. Check your printer is in the compatible list of the printer server or not: http://www.tp-link.com/Resources/document/TL-PS110U_Compatibilitylist_20.pdf
2. Make sure that the printer driver is working properly on your computer. Make sure you can print when computer is connected to printer directly.
3. Check your router's IP address. Make sure that your printer sever's IP address is in the same IP segment with your router. Like your router is 192.168.1.1, then the printer server can be 192.168.1.10.

1. No, this Printer (Kyocera FS-C5400DN) is not in the list. But a lot of other Kyocera Printers are in the list!
2. The driver works fine on the PC.
3. The IP of the Printserver is in the same subnet. I can reache the webinterface from the PC.

En.... All others seems OK but only not in the compatible list. Maybe this is caused by compatible issue.:( From Internet Technical Specification , it is said that the FS-C54000DN supports Controller languagePRESCRIBE IIc. Wondering the TP-LINK printer sever do not support this.
