TL-PS110U V2 doesn't work for Kyocera FS-920 ecosys on Win7 64
Region : Argentina
Model : TL-WPS510U
Hardware Version : V4
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hi,
some problems with this printserver:
1) I counld't install the PS using the Wizzard. -> there is no printserver detected. I tried this several times..
So I configurated via http://192.168.0.10.
I can reach the printserver and in Tab 'Printer', my printer was recognized as Kyocera FS-920.
That seems ok.
-> my questions: what's the problem with the wizzard?
is there another version of the wizzard for WIN7/64?
2) Then I tried to configure the printer under Win7 (device manager -> new printer)
I tried first as a local printer with LPT1, installed the drivers (Kyocera FS-920). Printer was found correctly, but the testprint went on error.
Then I tried as network-printer and installed the drivers as before. Teh testprint went on error just as before.
a ping an th IP 192.168.0.10 works
-> my questions:
how to configure the printer in a correct way if I can't use the wizzard?
is there another reason for the failure on printing?
Thanks
peter
