Help i cannot get my new range extender to connect to my router

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP : VERGIN
Hi, I have recently bought myself a tp range extender, but no matter which way I try, it will not connect to my router.
Am I doing something wrong? I have reset each time I've started fresh. I have tried all 3 ways to connect, in the installation guide, and still nothing.
Should I just send it back ?
