Hi I’m new here so excuses. , I need a little help on this one please . I’m instaling some wifi ip cameras in a commercial building ,a health care home the building has many awkward walls as it’s had a few extensions built over the years .when I put up the cams I just could not get signals to the box from the cams so I purchased some RE200 units with some experimenting I can get the cams to talk to the NVR box via the RE200s now I need to know if I use say 3 extenders how should I set them with regard to the SSID names and the extender name I set all to channel 4 I won’t use 5ghz for the cams or the box but an use it as a link I need to get upstairs and downstairs but find it impossible to get signal from both locating the box at various locations. Was wondering if I can use a cable between 2 re200s to bring signal downstairs and then wifi it around Please any helpsvery welcome. Thanks all

You may set the later RE200 work at Access Point mode. Then, you may connect it to the former one via a cable. NOTE: make sure you get RE200 V2, and it seems only V2 support access ponit mode.
