MR 3020 v3 detected data card but not connecting to the network

Data Card is huawei e3372h-607 and ISP is JIO. router detected the data card successfully but not connecting to the internet. there was no option for jio as isp so i've set apn,dial-up number etc. but no luck.the data card worked fine with pc. sim also have a working data plan
