Hello,
i've bought a used TL-MR6400 v1 to replace my Livebox because my ADSL connexion was too bad.

i want to keep my home phone number, so i will transfer it to Voip number connected to the LAN.
so i want to add a rule on bandwidth.

i saw the Bandwidth Control Settings chapter in the user guide TL-MR6400(EU)_V1_UG.
my problem is I don't find the bandwidth control tab in principal menu in the configuration page...

can you help me?
should i update the firmware to the las version (TL-MR6400(EU)_V1_160322) to access this tab?
