TP-Link 3020 new logo problem

i just want to use the new version from tplink 3020 as a part of VPN network using 3G VPN sim card this setup is done and working but i'm facing a problem the tplink doing restart for the usb modem because the new tplink check the internet connection and if it not connected to the internet the tplink reset the USB modem. how can i solve that????
