C3150 - Guest Network using same broadcast channels - correct..?

Hi all,
I'm currently running 3 SSIDs - one at 5G, one at 2.4G, and a 'guest network' also at 2.4G.
The issue I see is that both 2.4s are broadcasting on the same channel, as set to auto. Will this mean that they are interfering with each other....?
