Returned home from holidays to find that we had no internet. I immediately connected straight from the ISP modem to a computer through the same ethernet that was plugged into the router and internet worked.
The router broadcasts both hard drives I have connected to it no problem.
I immediately thought firmware update problem but even restoring it to factory doesn't resolve the issue. Help, please! I am at my whit's end.
