Ping spike every 3 minutes (Archer T4UH Ver 2.0)

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my Wireless Adaptor where every 3 minutes (I've timed this using Command Prompt) my ping goes up to around 3000ms. This causes any online game i'm playing to freeze/de-sync for about 5 seconds which is very frustrating. Looking for any advice on how to stop this from happening. I've isolated the cause bring the adapter by using my partners Macbook to ping the router to check for spikes and none occurred which points to the problem being with the adaptor rather than the internet. Here is a copy paste of the Command Prompt when it occurs.

I have also pinged my home networks IP and the same thing occurs (not posting my IP for obvious reasons).
So far I've tried disabling auto-configuration via CMD, disabling SSDP Discovery Protocol & disabling IPv6. None of these have worked however :(
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
