Hi all,

I got the problem when setting up the router TL-MR3020 with the Huawei 3G usb dongle E1552, especially for StarHub Sim. The problem seems weird as below:
The router works well with Singtel 3G SIM without any problem
[*]When I try with the StarHub sim, it doesn't work. The strange thing is that the 3G USB dongle work well on Windows OS with the same StarHub SIM.
[*]I also try to change the APN name to many options as suggested in the link: https://community.starhub.com/t5/Others/APN/m-p/92493 but they don't work at all.
[*]The error message: "3G Modem connecting error, please check the dial number and APN" but the weird thing is that it works on Windows OS at the exactly same settings.
[*]Please have a look at the error as below:
