When I turn on the device at this morning, it asked me upgrade the firmware but failed, then the device could not start,just hold on the acreen of initializing,Inwould like to know how to recovery

Hello~
I think this problem may happen if the power is off when it write flash. Did you remove the battery during the upgrade?
You could try to reset your M7350, there is a reset button under the back cover, you need press it with a pin until it reboot.

If the problem persist, you should contact tplink, they would help to solve this problem.:o
