TL-MR3420 - Aldi SIM in ZTE MF823 Dongle

Hi, I am using an Aldi SIM (which is the Telstra network) in a Telstra ZTE MF823 4G Dongle.
I go through quick set up and all seems fine but I cannot connect to the internet via 3/4G. I have a green light on the dongle showing that it is connected to the mobile network.
I have tried two APN settings :- 1. The standard Telstra settings provided by the router. 2. A manual setting where the APN is mdata.net.au (this information is provided by ALDI).
Can you please let me know where I am going wrong?
