Dreadful 2.4ghz quality
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
i bought a new tp-link ac2800 which when I login says it is a VR2800. The 2.4ghz WiFi signal is awful. So much so that I think it might be faulty. Nothing can connect to it for more than a few mins. Even when liter sitting next to the router, the signal is awful. In fact half the time I scan for the WiFi signal it doesn’t even appear on the list.I have manually changed the channel away from auto but that doesn’t really help. Every time a device that uses 2.4 is switched on I have to go through a real faff to reconnect it to WiFi.Is it just that tp-link are rubbish or am I missing something here?Foobsy
