Hi Mates,

I'm trying to convince my TD8970 (V1) to pass the WOL magic packet to my host PC. The target PC wakes up when I send the packet from within my LAN, so it's correctly configured.

I followed the guidelines provided by Ilkertr in this nice post: http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?2210-Wake-on-LAN-over-Internet

It still doesn't work, however.

Guys, I think I nailed the problem. It's port forwarding that just doesn't work.

I tried to forward other services, with no success. I even tried DMZ to utterly expose an entire host, but any packed and any port are filtered by the router.

I tried to upgrade the firmware with the latest release, but again, no success.

Any suggestion would really be appreciated: the router seems to be ok any other task, so I'm fairly convinced I'm doing something wrong.
