Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.0 3.0.0 v60a2.0 Build 240814 Rel.58842n

Have a network with 1 main router NX200 and 4 Satellites AX72 Pro,

 

Getting this error over and over again.

 

Error code:9812

 

The number of entries has reached its limit.

 

 

After the error i can only manage the most common things. Not even Wireless settings show correctly on Administration Page.

Hi, did you add all 4* AX72 pro units as EashMesh agents of Archer NX200?

Would there be any chance that you could add a video clip where Error code: 9812 was reported constantly after modifying the network settings on the management UI?

Later, it is suggested to send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with a copy of the web UI system log on the Archer NX200.

Getting in more detail as I go through the problem.

 

1. On Tether app i Always get "Failed" when opening network details.

 

2. Web Management UI it's stable now after removing one router from the mesh. Why? I don't know.

 

Topology on the network.

Hi, Thanks for the update.

Did you save the logs after a reboot/reset? It didn't seem like recording anything useful.

I have 4 AX72 Pro. I just removed one. All of the are Satellites. I can't see on this. Even so, I was trying to config the QOS adding the devices and got the same error.

 

I also noticed that reboot don't reboot the nodes and configs are like default after that and do not apply the best topology on the network after that.

 

There is a main problem between NX 200 Firmwate and the AX72Pro's. As they look like partialy managed/connected.

 

Sent the logs after reboot too.

  @RRM8 

After change a setting on wireless like Transmit Power(Any level will do this). It connects properly using the best route to the Nodes.
