Good morning, i'm still experiencing issues with frequent disconnections of several devices connected to the network. i have 3 Deco X50 and one DECO X50 outdoor. Specifically, the comunication gatway of my heat pump frequently goes offline and in the deco app it is marked as a wired connection even though it is a WI-Fi device. other devices also experience frequent disconnections and are often offline.

i need urgent support.

p.s. i've alreagy tried to modify the several parameters in the settings but with no big results.

Are the unstable devices mainly smart home devices?

- Can I have their model numbers?

 

Could you please also send me some screenshots of the current network topology, such as:

 

Have you tried to turn off "fast roaming" and "beamforming" on the Deco APP?

Hi David,

The unstable devices are Wi-Fi smart home devices, including some Shelly smart relays, thermostats, daikin conditioning, and the Buderus heat pump gateway. Wired devices, such as the FV inverter, appear to be functioning correctly. All the Deco devices are connected via wired connections.

Could you clarify what you mean by "their model numbers"?

I've attached some screenshots of the current network topology. I've also already tried disabling both "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" without success.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that, at times, some devices appear offline in the Deco app, but they are functioning properly in their respective apps, indicating that they are indeed online.
