I have issues with the archer ax6000.

all the FAQs and guides said need to do some tests with a cable connecting the modem to the laptop. But my laptop do not have a lan port.

What can I do?

Hi,

An Ethernet port can easily be added to any computer that has USB ports by using an "USB to Ethernet network adapter".

Here is an example of such an adapter. https://www.tp-link.com/en/home-networking/computer-accessory/ue300/

These adapters are available in many shapes and there are also variants that have an USB-C connector instead of the USB-A connector.

What kind of problem is the router experiencing? If no internet at all, indeed you need to make sure the modem is working fine first. You could either find a way to connect computer to modem directly like woozle mentioned, or contact your ISP to check the modem and line.
