Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20240428 rel.10981(4555)

Hello everyone.

I have downloaded EA FC 25 on a Dell Inspiron 3530 with an Intel i5-1334U processor (with integrated graphics) and 32 GB of RAM. Even with my settings on the lowest and resolution at 1280x720 I still get stuttering. I'm also connected via the AX WiFi card.

When I switch to FUT mode, my ping in the game increases tremendously. During the game the yellow network icon stays on the screen, sometimes the network, ping and jitter are red and I lose connection to EA servers.

However, other than FC25, I have no speed issues with my normal downloads, speed tests, etc. I use a 1000 Mbps fiber internet infrastructure. My router is a TP Link AX80. There is 30 centimeters between the router and the laptop.

I used Cloudflare DNS and Google DNS and it was not resolved. I did a test with UO Trace but I can't make sense of it. Could it be that the computer's internal graphics chip can't handle FC25, so the stuttering is causing the ping?

Hi  @Jarvisit,

Thanks for your troubleshooting and result that you send here.

For your issue, if possible, connect your laptop directly to the router using an Ethernet cable to eliminate Wi-Fi-related issues.

In addition, please try:

1.Ensure QoS (Quality of Service) is enabled on your TP-Link AX80 to prioritize gaming traffic.

2.Check for Background Applications: Ensure no other applications are using bandwidth while gaming, as this can impact performance.
3.Change the Wi-Fi channel in the router settings to reduce interference from neighboring networks.
Ensure that your laptop’s Wi-Fi drivers are up-to-date.

To assist you efficiently, I've created a ticket and will contact you with your registered email address later. Please pay attention to your email box for follow-up.
