Note:
1. Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
2. It is recommended that all Decos in the network be upgraded to beta firmware.
3. Please also check whether there is a firmware update for the Tapo device in the Tapo APP. If so, please update the Tapo device to the latest firmware.
4. How to update the satellite Deco units:
When the satellite Decos are offline, they may not be successfully upgraded through the Web UI. In this case, it is recommended to upgrade according to the following steps:
- Please temporarily power off most of the smart home devices and wait for the satellite Deco come back online.
- Once all the satellite Deco units are confirmed online, try upgrading to the beta firmware again through the Web UI.
-If the main Deco and satellite Deco units are on different models, you could also update the satellite units individually through its IP address.
- After ensuring that all Deco units have been successfully upgraded, power on the Tapo devices again and observe if the issue is resolved.

I've upgraded my Deco P9 fleet to the provided firmware p9-SP1-up-ver1-2-1-P1[20240925-rel74665]_2024-09-26_09.21.29
I've manually loaded firmware to each of Deco P9 using web browser.
Unfortunately results are almost the same. All of the slave P9 devices are offline.
The only significant change is that now I can see wifi clients on the main deco in the app.
@David-TP Can I also kindly ask you to provide my feedback from the following topic ?
More than six Deco P9 devices in one mesh network

Hello David! I’m not sure if it is experiencing the issue or not. At home, I have two XE75 Pro v1 and three X60s.
Despite the latest firmware update, all the X60s started disconnecting today, leaving only the two XE75 Pro online.
After the latest firmware update, they worked well for a week or two, but now the X60s have disconnected again, and some of my IoT devices are reconnecting to the main network, ignoring their network.
What should I do?

Thank you very much for the information. For now, I’ll stick with the BETA app installed on iOS and wait for the stable and official firmware to be released for the Deco X60 system.

Hello sir, I want to let you know that I did some tests, and with the Deco BETA app (3.8.112 1062) and the BETA firmware 1.3.0 for my Deco x60 V3.20 system, everything is good now—smooth and flawless. So now, I just have to wait for the final versions 🤞🏻. Just so you know, the issue has been resolved on this system 🔥.
By the way, I’m also attaching a WiFi speed test on the new system. 🔥

@David-TP hi! Is there a beta firmware upgrade for X55 v1.3 to solve the offline problem but still green light?

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
There hasn't been a beta firmware for Deco X50_V1.3 yet.
If you install the beta firmware for Deco X55_V1_1.5.5 first, would the current issue be partially fixed- two other satellites Deco X55_V1, except for Deco X50_V1.3 showed up online through the Deco APP?
Wait for your reply and best regards.
