Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.2.4

I just installed my new Deco M5 system. Two units are connected via cable and one is not.

The wifi works fine but in the app it says that all units are offline.

I can't seem to understand why.

Anybody knows any workaround?

Hello,

It is suggested to changed the DNS of Deco M5 and give it a go.

How to change it: https://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-1855.html
