Hi

I own a WH-1000XM2 for quite some time now, but I have a issue that maybe others have too and want to know if there is any solution or advice (from Sony).

When I charge my XM2 it doesn't always charge, specifically on some devices.

- I have a TP-Link UH700, that's a usb hub with external power, when I have my computer on (computer is connected to the usb hub) it charges, when my PC is off and only the power from the usb hub runs the headphone won't charge.

- My PC charges the headphone

- My power bank charges the headphone

Only the USB hub doesn't charge my device in standalone mode without a PC on / connected. What is the reason for this? The USB hub has standard 5v max 1a output so that isn't the problem, my power bank has the same output capacity. Other devices work fine with the usb hub..

I don't want to leave my PC on the whole night or ruin my power bank for charging my headphone.
