MR600 v1 - BETA Firmware 1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 201204 Rel.66940n
@TP-Link
I have chosen bank 3 & 40, but it always connects to 40 & 40 why? refer to the screen attached.
earlier a few months back it's used to connect 3 & 40 properly for the same settings only then I will get good up/down speed.
So now, I able to connect either with 3 (setting band B = empty) and 40 (setting band B=empty) separately.
whereas 3 & 40 aggregations are not happening, even if aggregation failed, it should connect to only one bank 3 or 40, should not be 40 & 40 as per setting, right?
please refer to the screenshot and suggest.
Thanks

Whether the bands aggregate or not, and how these bands are aggregated with each other, are decided by the cellular tower, the router only sends the request to the cellular tower in your area.
Just to confirm, can you get band 3 + band 40 on another 4G router, or can you get the two aggregated on the phone?

In this same router a month back I was getting band 3 & 40 aggregation, even I have captured the screenshot and posted in one of the thread for some other issue.
Not other with any other router or Phone.
The only change I have done is updating the BETA firmware and resetting because of some other issues.

Only my point is how the router is allowing to aggregate 40 & 40-even network force because I have set a rule as 3 & 40.
if aggregation is not happening 3 & 40 may be fine.. but it should aggregate with 40 & 40 when I did not define it.
agree ? but at the end of the day, I wanted aggregation 3 & 40. only then I will get good speed. please help.
