RE650 not showing logs
Hi, I've this externder for quite some times, I've upgraded it to the last version of firmware available but still, no logs sho on the management page. Just "Booted the system". I've already rebooted the device, upgraded it, re-configured it but nothing. I hoped the last version of the firmware could help but nothing.

Except the blank system log, is there any problem of usage, like slow speed, instability on the RE650?
Can I have a picture of the blank system log?
By the way, how long have you had the device and when did this issue start?

Yes as you can see in another topic I've opened here "RE650 work vpn keeps disconnecting and reconnecting" the wifi connection is unstable.

By the way, how long have you had the device and when did this issue start?
It was bought on Amazon on 14 october 2019. I've ordered another RE650 after the first was returned because it was not working properly, with your backoffice ticket 14115. The issue start from the first day I had the new device.
