Hi Support  , @Kevin_Z @Sunshine 

 

Hope you are safe. Please update firmware of MR600 for good reception of the signals with the internal antennas. The router is well built and has great LTE potential.But needs a lot of improvents at firmware level. (a suggestion). 

 

- Where a mobile phone gives  full bar , the router can't catch similar signal strength at the same place and time. The router somehow has a problem with signal reception compared to a router (ex Huawei )similar configuration and capabilities. 

- Please ask your developers to add  2CA_40A + 40A needed in India to utilise the device to the fullest.

@Sunshine Am also facing this issue. Please update in firmware. Band 40+ Band 40 should be enabled as jio and Airtel supporting  it.

Hello,

 

I agree with Abhi, Router needs improvement when it comes to signal strength. Mobile phones catches better signal than this router on the same place. Also in another forum we have already requested to enable 2CA_40A + 40A carrier aggregation but have not received any reply yet from TPLink.
