Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Wifi configuration

Modem - DECO M4 (Master) - Switch - DECO M4 (Slave)

- all connection among above 4 device is through ethernet.

With this configration,

  1. When I enable 1st mobile device with DECO M4 master wifi, that device is working with DECO M4 master and slave wifi.

  2. But when I try to connect DECO M4 slave wifi first with 2nd mobile device, it is not working even though 1st mobile device is still working with DECO M4 slave wifi.

Any advice to fix this issue?

@Astroid94

Here are a few things we need to confirm to locate this issue. What is the led status of the two Decos? With a computer connected to the slave Deco by wired cable, can it access internet? Please click here to get the IP address and gateway with mobile device connected to the slave WiFi.

You can switch the slave Deco to the main one and swap their locations to give it a go.
