M7350(EU) failed to upgrade FW??

I recently buy the M7350(EU) v4 mifi
when i tried to upgrade to newest fw from tp-link website, i have this problem, it stops me from upgrading m7350
I downloaded newest fw from website https://www.tp-link.com/vn/support/download/m7350/v4/#Firmware
after that, i extract the zip file to have the fw file M7350(EU) 4.0_1.0.16 Build 181220 Rel.1116n_User.zip
Then i tried to update my fw with this fw
I dont know what wrong with my device?
can someone help me please

They are all purchased in Taiwan.
The system languages used are: English
Is this situation regional (Taiwan)?

Please tell us the country version of the two routers, which is printed on the back panel of the actual device, next to the model number. Like EU or US.

For the M7350 which has the specfic firmware, I will send you the instruction to flash it to the latest EU version.
For the TL-WR802N, it is the regular firmware upgrading issue; it seems that you get the EU version, that is why you failed to update.

I have successfully updated TL-WR802N.
But M7350 still fails.
I have tried to connect with WIFI and USB Cable, but both failed.
Don't know if it's my way wrong?
