Problem with BE11000/BE65 router, satellite keeps disconnecting
I recently got my BE11000/BE65 3-pack system from Costco. The system has been super unstable after installation. I have them all hardwired to a switch, and all 3 units are set in access point mode. However, two satellites keep dropping connection. They show red in status light so I assume even the WIFI is not working on them. Connection count from the main unit (which is working) is suspiciously low and I'm missing about 10-20 clients from the diagram, but the whole-house WIFI and IoT devices seems to be functioning normally.
I'm using ethernet backhaul and my unit setup is in the first diagram. I'm using a TP-Link 2.5G unmanaged switch (TP-Link TL-SG108S-M2), and my main router is TP-Link ER707-M2. I'm pretty confident my connection is correct. The firmware on my units is "1.0.5 Build 20240521 Rel. 64384".
Scratched my head off and couldn't figure out why. Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the APP log first:
Do you need to reboot these two satellite Deco BE11000s to restore the internet connection temporarily?
By the way, how many devices are connected to the Deco Mesh system?
- How about the number of smart IOT devices?
In the meantime, I'd like to follow up on your case via email and ask the engineer for more advice.
Please check whether you can receive my email later.
Best regards.

@David-TP I have about 60 devices. I need to reboot the decos, or the switch to have it show up as hardwired. Then after some period it goes offline.

@Dv666 I have the same issue as well. For me, either the satellites go down or the internet. I have Verizon FIOS.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
Can you provide more details about "either the satellites go down or the internet"?
The original post mainly talked about the satellite Deco units displayed "offline" on the Deco APP and the LED turned flashing red but it actually works well.
How about your observation? Is it also more like a false alarm on the Deco APP? Or the mobile clients did actually drop out frequently.
How often did the internet service usually drop out?
By the way, are the Deco BE11000 units wirelessly connected to the Mesh system?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@Dv666 I did get it resolved (somehow). I picked up a brand new pack of the 3-piece BE11000. Same model. Worked the first time.
I might have a bad unit in the first package...I used MS108EUP from netgear for switching and have loop prevention turned off.

Similar issue. Was stable until 2 days ago when I installed the latest firmware. Now main router goes down every hour or more.
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20240521 Rel. 64384
Is it possible to downgrade the firmware ? I work from home this is untenable. If there is no quick fix, those are returning to Costco.

Downgraded to 1.0.4 Build 20240508 Rel. 84186
And so far, stable again...

@Dv666 Gotta check on the bottom of the units I guess, look for the Version #. Make sure it matches up to the firmware you download. TP-Link has a BE11000 as well as this BE65/BE11000 and the only difference I can see is that the Support -> Firmware page has different Version numbers, (BE11000 3-pack has Version 2.6).

@Joshvu72 You need to use a browser to the router - it is not available in the app.
Under Advanced, System, Update Firmware
Download the 1.0.4 from website. You need to apply to each one by one.
