Why is playback capacity different between cameras?
Friday
Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.1
Afternoon all brothers,
I would like to ask for enlightenment.
I have several Tapo C200 cameras, with the same memory, namely 64 GB, of the same brand. I tried placing the camera in the same room for comparison and I made the camera settings the same. The firmware has also been updated to the same version.
What I want to ask is why the playback storage time varies, some are only 4 days, some are up to 10 days.
Please help if anyone has a solution. Thank you in advance

Hi,
The playback storage time has a relation with the camera settings, use a Tapo C200 with 4 days playback storage time and a Tapo C200 with 10 days playback storage time for comparison, please confirm the following information.
  1. Are the two cameras placed in the same room and location to monitor the same area? If not, move them next to each other to make a comparison.

  2. Please go to the cameras' Device Settings > Detection page and send us a picture of this page.

  3. Please go to the Video & Display > Video Quality page,  Storage & Recording > Recording Schedule page, and send us pictures of these pages.

  4. How do you check the camera's storage time?

Best Regards
