Hi I have 2 tapo C310 which I have connected to TPlink VIGI NVR through wifi.

The problem I am facing is that after connecting the NVR to both the cameras successfully, any one of the camera goes offline after 6-7 hours and shows a continous red light , while the other camera works fine.

Things to be noted :

The wifi is running on static IP.

There is sd card in the cameras and hard disk on NVR . Both recording .

I have tried resetting both the cameras as well as NVR but it is of no help.

please tell the solution .

  @Yogi007

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if your camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart devices keep losing connection or going Offline?

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. Whether your two cameras have the issue, or does only a specific camera have the issue?
2. If you disconnect a camera from the NVR, will it always work?
3. What's the Wi-Fi signal strength(RSSI) of these cameras?
4. Do you reboot the camera to recover the connection?

Best Regards
