how do I register this device? the website tells me that my S/N cannot be found. The number is on the bottom of the camera, and I have entered it correctly.

Currently, only several regions are required to register for the warranty service, such as US, UK, DE;
For other regions, please keep well the original receipt and box and no need for registration.
