Tapo C100 does not connect to my network
I purchased 2 Tapo c100 and it was easy to configure them in the network of different houses.
However at a certain moment I made a reset in both of them in order to inserd a sd card and since then they I was unable to configure them again.
They stopped accessing my networks stating that it was not 2.4 ghz or that the password was wrong or that the encription would be wpa3. None of this applies.
What shall I do?

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. What's the MAC address of your Tapo camera? You can send me the MAC address via a private message.
2. On the Tapo app, please ensure the Tapo C100 is removed. If not, remove it from the Tapo app, then reset it and reconfigure it for a try.
3. What's the LED status on the camera when start to configure it? Is it flashing green and red?
4. Try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reset the camera and reconfigure it with a different phone, connect the camera to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if you can set up the camera successfully.
