Tapo c100
Hiya,
I was able to hear on the Tapo C100 but now I cannot hear the voice in the room from my mobile.
It states the privacy mode is on which I tried to switch off but its not doing it.
Can someone tell me how I can reactivate hearing in the room from my mobile phone when I am not there.

Hey @DamiD
If there is no sound when watching live view, you could try:
- Please make sure have disabled Privacy Mode onTapo APP : How to use Privacy Mode of my Tapo camera
- On camea Live view page->tap 'microphone' icon to adjust the microphone volume
- also double-check volume on your mobile phone
If you met any trouble disabling Privacy mode, is there any error reported by APP, can I have a photo of that? Thank you
