Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.2

Using IOS 13.2.3 on a iphone 8 and ipad mini to access smart plugs(HS100) on Kasa app and a NC-450 camera on cam app.

Everytime I exit either app the next time I try to open app instead of opening it it goes to app login page, when I enter my email and password they are not recognized and I have to reset passwork on account email. Have deleted apps and installed again to no avail - still have to endlessly reset p/w

 

Any suggestions appreciated

Please reset the password as below first. 

https://www.tplinkcloud.com/forgotpassword.php 

 

And then take your time to test whether it solves the issue. 

 

If it happens again, try to login to the cloud website with the same email address and password to give it a go.
