Model: NC450
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.6

The NC450 camera was working for a several years on Wifi. Occassionally it just hangs and I had to reset it and reconfigure it from scratch.

A few weeks ago the camera stopped responding completely though it still powers on.

A hard reset by pressing the WPS/Reset for more than 15secs is not working any more like it used to in the past. The camera just doesn't respond and doesn't do the default rotation when powering on anymore.

It is also not accessible from the TPCamera app anymore.

Any troubleshooting ideas?

Hi,
From your description, if the camera does not respond to the reset operation, it may be the camera has an issue. It's recommended to contact your retailer or local support to get a replacement if it's under warranty, or you can buy a new camera if it's out of warranty.

Best Regards
