NC450 admin Password Reset Not Working
Please help to reset the password. I try to press WPS/RESET button for about 15 sec and solid Red Light already appear but still not reset to factory and not able to login the admin password.

Hi,
1. With the camera powered on, please press and hold the WPS/Reset button for 10 seconds until the System LED turns off. Then release the button and wait for the camera to reset to its factory default settings.
Please pay attention to the LED status when resetting the camera, and send the LED state changes to me if you fail to reset it.
2. If you reset the camera successfully, you can refer to the instructions below to reconfigure it. As you can see in Step 5, the app will ask you to set a new password rather than use admin to access your camera.

3. If you fail to log in to the tpCamera app, you can refer to the attached instructions to try to log in to the camera's Web UI to change the login username and password.
