I have updated firmware but still doesnt work. 

If i have to update my firmware manually please provide me with some link to download the firmware. 

or give me istructions to solve the problem

Here's the support page for C64 from which you can download the latest router FW.

Keep in mind that if you use Access Control feature with the latest FW release (1.14.3) that would be an issue - details.
